1. Shipping & Delivery

Important Notice:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight, size, and packaging of your order.

• Free Shipping (India): Orders above ₹2,000 or weighing 3 kg or more are eligible for free delivery within India.

• Orders below these limits may incur standard delivery fees depending on location and courier.

• In case of shipping fee adjustments (due to weight or packaging changes), a representative will contact you before dispatch.

• If additional charges are not paid, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery timelines are estimated only and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or external factors. Sasha Global Consortium is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

For all orders shipped within India, the standard delivery time is estimated to be 4-7 business days after the order has been successfully dispatched.

Within the Tirunelveli Main City, delivery is free.

For orders shipped to locations outside the main city and to all other areas within Tamil Nadu and other states, standard delivery charges will apply.

For International Orders, the delivery timeframe varies significantly, Usually it will take up to 7-10 business days. This is highly dependent on the destination country, the shipping method selected, and the time required for local customs clearance and processing, as these factors are outside of our direct control.

Customers can shop as guests or by registering an account. You must ensure that all registration details, billing addresses, and contact information are accurate and up to date.

Changes to order details (address, quantity, etc.) after placement may affect total costs or delivery timelines.

8. Returns & Replacements Policy

At Sasha Global Consortium, your satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility:

• Returns or replacements are accepted only for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect products delivered

  • Product not matching description

Conditions:

• You must send an unboxing video clearly showing product condition and packaging.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags, accessories, and invoice.

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify.

Process:

1. Email tradinginfo@sashaglobalconsortium.com with your order ID, video, and reason.

2. Our team will verify and approve the return or replacement.

3. Approved returns must be shipped back as instructed.

4. Once received and inspected:

   • A replacement will be shipped (if available), or

   • A refund will be processed within 7–15 business days via the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the error is ours (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return courier.

• For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or perishable products

• Personal care or hygiene items

• Clearance or sale items (unless damaged on arrival)

Damage from misuse or improper handling is not eligible for return or replacement.
